# Security

OpSec provides a high level of security for the data and transactions of the platform and the blockchain applications hosted on it. OpSec uses encryption, authentication, and verification techniques to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of the data and transactions, as well as to prevent unauthorized access and modification. OpSec also protects the platform and the blockchain applications from malicious attacks, such as phishing, malware, and denial-of-service, by using AI-based detection and mitigation mechanisms, as well as by isolating and sandboxing the applications from the rest of the network.
